GSA 2024 Annual Scientific Meeting will be held in the Seattle Convention Center. All hotels are conveniently located nearby. The Sheraton Grand Seattle is GSA's headquarters hotel and will host special events, conference workshops, and affiliate events during the week of the meeting.

Hotel Policies:

  • No deposits taken at time of booking.
  • The hotel will charge the first night's room and tax per reservation prior to arrival. Any additional or required fees are charged at check-in.
  • Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night's room and tax penalty per reservation!

  • Failure to check-in on the scheduled date of arrival will result in the loss of one night's room and tax and the cancellation of the room for the remainder of the stay.
